Is there a monthly license or lease fee?

Your full license allows you full use of our software without any monthly fees or extra charges.  If you have any questions please contact support.

We plan on including lease options in the future but this will not affect any existing clients of our software and we will always include a one time license option.

Are updates or new features added after I purchased, free?

Yes.  Updates are free for existing clients.  Major version updates will have a small upgrade cost. Cross platform licenses (MT4 to NT) have a small crossgrade cost.  For more information please contact support.

I have submitted a support ticket but have not yet received a response

We answer all tickets. It is normal for email dealing with finance and trading, etc to be filtered. If you have not received a reply to a ticket within a reasonable time please search your email for smartvsa.com and a reply from us should be found.

Once you have found our reply please create a filter for our email address to ensure it doesn’t get missed in the future.

I get a license error (xxxxxxx) when starting my trading platform. What can I do?

License errors are generally very rare but they do happen for very specific reasons and are easy to diagnose and fix.

We can help but due to the large number of possible reasons it’s best to open a support ticket using the support link on our website.
